Momma to a beautiful one-year-old, fiancée, dog mom to fur babies, and beekeeper! I love to lift weights, hike, yoga, hunt & fish. Another passion of mine is to help others live a healthy lifestyle and be happy and become the best versions of themselves.

I grew up playing volleyball, played four years in college on a scholarship. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from William Woods University. I am a hard worker, motivated, organized, have excellent communication skills, and work very well with others. Meets deadlines, has the creative edge and is driven to succeed in all aspects of my life.
